Marketing and Subscriber Services provides customer service assistance, subscription information and pricing, and details about Petroleum Abstracts' products and services.

Members of the Marketing and Subscriber Services group interact with the public at trade shows, conferences and in one-on-one meetings with prospective and current subscribers worldwide.

PA strives to be responsive to the needs of its subscribers and uses a yearly quality questionnaire to gather feedback and gauge customer satisfaction.

As information needs shift with the changes in the petroleum industry, this group can assist subscribers with selecting and customizing their products and choosing an online vendor to meet their needs.
