As the "face" of Petroleum Abstracts, Marketing and Subscriber Services interact with the public at trade shows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with prospective and current subscribers worldwide.

PA strives to be responsive to the needs of its subscribers. A yearly quality questionnaire was designed to gauge customer satisfaction. This questionnaire is now available year round in electronic form.
