PA's 2010 Subscription Renewal Information Available OnlineInformation for 2010 PA subscription renewals is available online for all subscriber organizations. A notice with instructions for renewing online has been sent to all primary subscriber contacts by e-mail. Subscribers are now able to renew their current PA subscriptions and change subscription entries on PA's Web site. A valid login is required. Canadian Subscribers Meeting Held at Talisman in CalgaryPA held an informational meeting for its Canadian customers on September 17 at Talisman Energy in Calgary. Tom Burchfield and David Brown presented an update of recent PA actions and activities and an overview of PA operations. Cathy Ross, Cathy Blue, Barbara Lane and Margo Price of Talisman graciously hosted the meeting. Also attending were Christine Edwards from Conoco Phillips, Jeanne Kimber and Alicia Hawkings from EnCana, Marlene Robertson from Nexen, Linda Winfield from Soco International and Patricia Johnson from the University of Calgary.
Harry McLeod Jr., Former PA Director, Honored by SPEHarry McLeod Jr., former Director of Petroleum Abstracts, has been selected for recognition as one of the JPT Legends of Production and Operations by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). McLeod is being recognized among a group of seven other pioneers in production and operations technology at a luncheon on Oct. 6, 2009 at the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition in New Orleans. He served as Director of Petroleum Abstracts from 1968 to 1975.

Exhibition hours are 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, October 5 and 6, and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7.
